We’re looking for an energetic, motivated sales professional with around 2 years’ experience who’s eager to grow, learn, and represent some of Perth’s most exciting development projects. You’ll support project launches, manage enquires, host display suite appointments, and play a key role in driving off‑the‑plan sales across Perth. Key Responsibilities Engage with prospective buyers via phone, email, events, and display suites. Convert qualified leads into successful sales outcomes. Provide informed, professional guidance to clients throughout the purchase journey. Represent developments during launches, VIP events, and weekend display suite rosters. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance campaigns and buyer experience. Maintain accurate CRM records and contract documentation. About You You’re enthusiastic, confident, and ready to take the next step in your property career. We’re looking for someone who brings: 2 years of experience in sales — residential, project sales, or related fields. Apartment or off-the-plan sales experience (highly regarded but not essential). Strong communication skills and a polished, client-focused approach. High energy, professionalism, and a willingness to learn and take initiative.
